Hey, I’m Jack.

A multidisciplinary strategist, designer and researcher.

I work on transformation – where civic design meets statecraft.

Over the past eight years, I’ve worked with leaders, policymakers and digital teams across UK government and global organisations to shape early-stage policy, design digital public services, and wrestle with emerging technologies.

I care about public value. About institutions that learn. About shaping systems, technology and civic experiences – not just delivering projects.

I hold an MPA in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value.
